Using Munya
Munya is a social wishlist service. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service lawfully. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you add. You give Munya permission to host, process, display, and share that content only as needed to provide the service and according to your privacy selections. Only upload images and content you own or are authorized to use.
Community conduct
Do not post illegal, abusive, harassing, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing, or dangerous content. Do not impersonate others, manipulate follows, spam users, misuse reports, bypass privacy controls, or interfere with Munya’s security or availability.
Shopping links and gifts
Munya helps users organize wishes and coordinate gift reservations. Munya does not sell displayed products, process purchases, guarantee prices or availability, or control third-party stores. Purchases and delivery arrangements occur outside Munya and are governed by the store’s terms. A reservation is a coordination tool, not a guarantee that a gift will be purchased or delivered.
Moderation
Munya may review reports and hide or remove content, restrict usernames, issue warnings, suspend accounts, ban accounts, or disable access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or protect the service. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account removal.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Munya reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the service improves. Where permitted by law, Munya is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending your account
You may stop using Munya or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Provisions that logically survive account deletion, including safety and legal obligations, remain effective.
