Zero tolerance for child exploitation
Munya, developed by Abdulrahman Alhashmi, prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Users must not create, upload, request, share, promote, store, or link to content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Prohibited conduct includes grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of a minor, trafficking or attempting to traffic a child for sexual purposes, and any attempt to facilitate or normalize the sexual exploitation of children.
Reporting concerns in Munya
Users can report a profile or public wish from its in-app menu without leaving Munya. Select the report option, choose the closest reason, and submit the report. Reports are confidential and are reviewed for appropriate action.
Child-safety concerns may also be sent to support@munyaapp.com. Do not email or forward suspected CSAM. Instead, provide the Munya username, wish or profile involved, and any other information that helps us locate the content safely.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority first.
Our response
When Munya becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may promptly restrict access to or remove the content, preserve relevant records when legally required, suspend or terminate involved accounts, and take other steps needed to protect users.
Munya reports apparent CSAM or child exploitation to appropriate regional or national authorities when required by applicable law and cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities.

These standards apply to every Munya user and supplement the Terms of Service. We may update them as the service, legal requirements, and safety practices evolve.
