Delete from the app
- Open Munya and sign in.
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review what will be removed and complete the confirmation.
If you cannot access Munya
Email support@munyaapp.com from the address connected to your account. Include your username and request permanent account deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
Your Firebase Authentication account, profile, wishes, uploaded images, followers and following relationships, follow requests, blocks, saved wishes, notifications, gift reservations, username ownership, and related private settings are deleted or anonymized as appropriate.
Information that may be retained
Reports and moderation records may be retained in anonymized form when reasonably required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Internal backups may take a limited period to cycle out securely.
